What this covers
This policy describes what Ammo Inspector LLC collects through ammoinspector.com, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.
Information you send us
When you submit the quote or support form, we store what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the products you are interested in, your calibers and volume, and your message. The submission is kept in our own systems and emailed to our sales or support staff so they can reply. We use it to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to support your equipment.
We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except service providers that deliver our email.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard access logs (the pages requested, the time, the browser type and the network address the request came from) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not combined with the form submissions above.
We may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count visits to pages. The analytics do not identify individual visitors and no data is shared with advertising networks.
Cookies
The public pages set no cookies. The administrative console used by our staff sets a sign-in cookie for staff accounts only.
If you write to sales@ammoinspector.com or support@ammoinspector.com, we keep the correspondence so we can follow up on it. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one, and every list email includes a way to leave the list.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have sent through this site by emailing sales@ammoinspector.com. We will confirm when it is done. Records we must keep for a sale, warranty or legal obligation are kept for as long as that obligation lasts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes are noted on this page.
