Feed, sort, weigh, inspect.
Each system runs on its own or as a module in a line. All four share the same feed interface, the same one-touch controls and the same data output, so a line can start with one and grow. Compact, high-performance and reliable, every system is designed and assembled in the United States and delivered four to six weeks from order.

AccuFeed Series
A collator has one job: present every case or projectile the right way up, at a steady rate, without stopping. AccuFeed does that at up to 3.4 cases per second on 9mm, and when a jam does happen it reverses to clear it instead of spraying cases across the floor.

AccuSort Series
Hand-sorting brass is the job nobody wants. AccuSort reads the headstamp on every case with a machine-vision camera, classifies it against a library trained on your own brass, and kicks it into the right bin. Sort by brand, primer size, Berdan or Boxer, caliber, colour and, on the AccuSort 250, case length, at rates from 4,000 to more than 28,000 cases per hour depending on the model.

AccuWeigh Series
The number one concern of every ammunition manufacturer is shipping out-of-spec ammunition. AccuWeigh virtually eliminates that risk. It weighs every projectile, case or loaded round to within a tenth of a grain at up to 3,600 parts per hour, and anything outside your limits is pulled from the line before it reaches a box.

AccuVision Series
A case gauge tells you whether one round fits. AccuVision does that for every round, and more. It measures each projectile, case or loaded cartridge against your dimensional spec, finds dents, dings and surface defects, and rejects what fails, at 6,000 to 10,000 rounds per hour.
Not on the list?
Most lines are covered by the standard models. When they are not, we build to your components, your loader and your floor, including one-off inspection machines that measure a single feature with a laser and camera. Tell us the problem and we will tell you whether a standard system or a custom build is the better answer.
