AccuVision Series

A virtual case gauge for every round, at 6,000 to 10,000 rounds per hour.

A case gauge tells you whether one round fits. AccuVision does that for every round, and more. It measures each projectile, case or loaded cartridge against your dimensional spec, finds dents, dings and surface defects, and rejects what fails, at 6,000 to 10,000 rounds per hour.

Shares the line with AccuWeigh

AccuVision works as a virtual case gauge: every critical dimension of the part is measured optically and compared to the limits you set, so an out-of-spec case or an over-length round never reaches a customer. Alongside measurement, machine-learning defect detection picks up the damage a gauge misses, dents, dings, split necks, deformed mouths and surface flaws.

It runs on the same platform as AccuWeigh, so weight and vision inspection can sit on one line fed by an AccuFeed collator. Together they cover the two things that define a safe round: what it weighs and what it looks like.

  • Virtual case gauge: dimensional measurement of every round against your limits
  • Detects dents, dings, deformation and surface defects
  • Inspects projectiles, cases and loaded cartridges
  • Machine-learning defect detection
  • Cycle rate of 6,000 to 10,000 rounds per hour
  • One-touch operation on the new simplified interface
  • Small and large caliber configurations
  • Same platform and controls as AccuWeigh
  • Optional remote data feed to a central system
  • Compact, high-performance and reliable; designed and assembled in the United States

Questions we get

What does AccuVision measure?

Every critical dimension of the projectile, case or loaded round, compared to the limits you set, the same checks a case gauge makes, on every round instead of a sample.

Does it catch dents?

Yes. Dents, dings, deformed mouths and surface defects are detected alongside the dimensional checks.

Can it run with AccuWeigh?

Yes. Both share the same platform, so one AccuFeed can feed weight and vision inspection on a single line.

How fast does it run?

Between 6,000 and 10,000 rounds per hour, depending on the caliber and the configuration. Full optical inspection of every round at line speed.
