A machine that stops costs more than a machine that was never bought. Support is built around that: one-year warranty, unlimited support, continual free software updates, and a 30-day return if the machine is not what you needed.
Delivery and terms
Delivery on every system is four to six weeks from order. A 25 percent refundable deposit is required with the order, and financing is available with approved credit.
Unlimited support
Support is not metered. The software is updated continually and the updates are free to every customer for the life of the machine.
Setup in an afternoon
Setup takes about four hours, including remote training on your own machine. The control computer comes with the system, and nothing needs an internet connection to run.
Remote monitoring and data feed
With the optional connection, the system notifies you of problems and cycle completion wherever you are, and a remote data feed can carry results to a central system when requested.
Keeping a system healthy
- Run clean components where you can. Dirty brass sorts, at lower accuracy, and foreign objects in a hopper cause jams.
- Sort mixed calibers only within a 2:1 length range per run; pre-sort by size with a trommel or slotted basket beyond that.
- Feeders are rated per caliber: use the plate and chute for the caliber you are running.
- Keep the load cell area clear and level; the 0.1 grain accuracy depends on it.
- Use the stored configurations. A recalled preset is a known-good setup; a hand-entered one is not.
