Case and component collators

AccuFeed Series

A feeder that clears its own jams.

A collator has one job: present every case or projectile the right way up, at a steady rate, without stopping. AccuFeed does that at up to 3.4 cases per second on 9mm, and when a jam does happen it reverses to clear it instead of spraying cases across the floor.

The feeder has its own controller. On a jam it reverses to clear it, remembers the plate speed that worked, and alarms if the jam will not clear. It matches plate speed to the machine it feeds, shuts off when the hopper runs empty, and tells an AccuSort to pause or refill over a direct link. It mounts in a Dillon-style layout or on a mast, plates swap by finger holes, and one caliber kit (shell plate and chute) comes with it. Twenty-one calibers are on the shelf, from .380 to 9.3x62; others are made to order, and projectile plates and live-round kits are available.

Both bowl sizes feed at the same rate. The difference is how long they run between fills: the 12-inch bowl holds about 15 pounds of 9mm, around 1,600 cases; the 16-inch bowl about 20 pounds. Bowls come in PVC or aluminum.

Who runs it

Ammunition manufacturers

Feed loaders and inspection lines without an operator standing by to clear jams.

Brass processors and ranges

Keep an AccuSort fed through a full hopper, with the feeder pausing the sorter instead of starving it.

Reloaders

A Dillon-compatible feeder that reverses out of a jam instead of stopping the press.

Questions we get

Does one AccuFeed handle more than one caliber?

Yes, with a plate and chute per caliber. Plates swap by finger holes in a minute, one kit is included, and feeders are rated per caliber.

Will it fit my existing loader?

It mounts in a Dillon-style layout or on a mast, so it drops in where a Dillon feeder would go.

What happens on a jam?

The feeder reverses to clear it and remembers the plate speed that worked. If the jam will not clear it alarms, and if it is feeding an AccuSort the sorter pauses until the feeder recovers.
